System SDK-8 is intended for reception, registration and storage of the
information from onboard gages and equipment, and also delivery of this
information in on-ground system for flight data processing
The main advantage of system SDK-8 is that it is completely interchangeable with the outdate system SARPP-12DM forbidden according to Annex 6 part III.
Into system structure enters three units: data acquisition unit (BPP1-1), processing unit (BRP1-1), protected memory unit (BNI1-1).
BPP1-1 is intended: for reception and transformation of signals from 13 analog
links in the signals which frequency is proportional to size of an entrance signal, and their
transfer in BRP1-1; for reception of signals from 12 discrete links; for delivery input voltage in BRP1-1; formations of a signal of functionability of the system.
BRP1-1 is intended: for formation of the discrete command defining board number of the helicopter; reception and transformation of signals of analog and discrete gages from BPP1-1 and their
transfer in a code of format RS-232C in BNI1-1; for delivery input voltage in BNI1-1.
BNI1-1 is intended: for formation of shots of the flight and auxiliary information and their storage;
transfer information in on-ground system for flight data processing
Blocks BRP1-1 and BNI1-1 are established in fireproof container K-12.
